No. Instagram like Facebook is open to people thirteen years of age or older. Both platforms do not allow for any nudity at all or any NSFW content whatsover. It is in the terms of service of both platforms. If someone (like an adult model or pornstar) puts themselves up naked, then they will surely have their account suspended or they will be ******. Since Insta and FB accounts are precious, the closest an adult model or pornstar will go is wearing something low cut or even a bikini swimsuit. But nudity? Not a chance!
