^^^ For the record, that article NEVER mentions anyone named Nicole Heiress nor that she's a former pornstar and to top it off, it doesn't even show a picture of her. So unless you know her full real name (including Middle name - which they mention) and know her exact street address (which bizarrely the article also mentions) then you dont know its her. And even if you know ALL that info, Freeones doesnt allow you to link to a page that has a pornstar's real name (even if it was allowed, its still kinda sleazy. Why do you even think they use fake names in the 1st place?).
Look, its no secret that most of these girls are hooking on the side, so this honestly wouldn't surprise me. But I cant help but be reminded of a couple years ago, when EVERYONE started spreading the rumor that Carmella Bing had AIDS and linked to an article that never even mentioned anyones specific name and it was later proven to be false (especially since shes filmed several scenes since then). Hell, even I **** it when guys come on here and try to act like the shining white knight coming the the pornstar's rescue just cuz someone's being slightly critical of her, but that doesn't mean you should just throw her under the bus like this. Even if you're right, then that site is still theoretically using her real name (and address). If I'm not mistaken she even has a baby and you just sent every crazy fan of her's right to her doorstep (OR possibly to a complete stranger's doorstep - Think about that for a second). PS - If that article had included her mugshot and/or had the name "Nichole Heiress" printed there, then there'd be nothing wrong with posting that link. The only other exception I can think of would be if she tweeted this news herself, in which case you should've simply linked to her tweet.

All you've proven with those links is that Freeones mods cant be everywhere. So it still doesn't make it right.
And since I already said it wouldn't surprise me if she was a prostitute (as most of them seem to be), the fact that you actually bothered to point out that she's actually a known prostitute is completely missing the point. Tho you probably just read my post too fast. So to reiterate, I dont care if the news outs her as a prostitute, nor if someones posts to that very link. My problem is with linking to an article that never mentions anything about porn or any particular pornstar. For Example: I could post a link to any random article about any random criminal and say its about you. But without any proof within either the article or my post that would link you with the story, then that would be a real dick move. Even if you'd been accused of a similar crime in the past, it doesnt mean you did it again this time... UNLESS theres at least a tiny shred of evidence (such as your name or face).
Perfect! This has all the info missing from the 1st story, but doesn't needlessly print her home address. Much better. So now its not just potential loudmouths on the net talking ****. If this had been the original link, I wouldn't have even bothered to post anything in the 1st place.

Where most ****** get in trouble is when they describe or talk about having sex or describe specific acts during that ****** time. If they don't say anything and it just "happens" that they have sex, then that's one way to get around it.
