Its out in the US today and a bud on my friends list says UK gets it Friday.Pickin' up my reserve in alittle. Follow up to insane sports game ever needs a dedicated thread in my book.As well as suggestions for maybe getting a freeones league going,ranked matches,teamplay etc in the near future.

Anyone intereseted,thoughts,impressions on the game......

I loved NHL but in the last years, I wasn't interested in it so I spend my money in other games ;D
maybe this year it turn me on xP

I want to give it more time before I make a final impression but I will say this right now,this game has major issues.Theyre forgiveable during single player but when playing online they are a major problem due to the fact that lag seems to worsen them quite abit.

ANd if you're like me and play nothing but online its a very big deal. If I stopped where I'm at now and didnt wanna try tweaking some more sliders and settings I'd say this game sucks online vs. NHL09, and took a bigger step backward as NHL08 to NHL09 took forward.

Its gotten better,there was a patch this morning.I'm learning that settings changes affect certain sliders quite abit in this game. Example,a setting made the pass assist go up resulting in the cpu guideing the passes in a direction I didnt want them to go.

Theres alot of sliders and settings this year,too much to be honest,so you have to watch what you fuck with in the menus. Online is smoother since the patch and prob the fact that the EA servers are where they need to be for this game now since its been out for 3 days is helping as well.

According to that reviewer the xboxlive version has much less lag,how much I have no idea??
