Check this **** out!! I have 2 brothers I am the eldest and my youngest ******* is the smartest most successful of the three of us @ the present time!! non-issue no jealousy were ******! anyway my youngest ******* got tickets too the REDWINGS game on 1/10/09 vs. Sabers which my NIECE wished for as a present for the holdays / her Birthday which is (12/24/00) so she turned 8... anyways she is joining her ****** and 2 uncles too her 1st REDWINGS game...

Cool for a B-Day gift right!! but most of you would be like yeah big deal!! AND??? am I right!! while during dinner today, my youngest ******* says guess what...

I was like what?? he said you might get pissed! and I said why?? he said he had FREE tickets too the winter classic on 1/1/09 @ Wrigley field in chitown between the REDWINGS and BLACKHAWKS but turned them down!!!

I was like DUDE :wtf: then I paused for a moment and before he could even answer... reality set in... CHICAGO 1/1/09 OUTSIDE FOR 2 - 4 HOURS!!! I said I don't blame you!! and thats what he thought about before accepting the tickets...

I just imagined the unbearable conditions one would have too endure @ Lambeau Field (aka the frozen tundra) in Greenbay,Wisconsin too watch a football game!! never have and never would just a scary :FROZEN: thought!! :hatsoff:

My ******* is a friend of a girl who is employed by the Detroit Redwings he would not accept the tickets and turn around and sell them to make a profit!!

He prolly would only accept and give them to ****** only! and if he found out they were sold for profit and it gets back too the employee.. that would be burning a good bridge sort of speak!

He is offered free tickets all the time... but he would never betray the girl he knows... sorry my friend.. its impossible.. :hatsoff:

Ok I wanted to respond in case you were serious :rofl2:

I get too about 5 games a year if I don't ask or pursue tickets, if I wanted too I could prolly go too most of the home games @ a discount price.. so they are not alwayz free.. just sometimes..:D
 
1-1 at the end of 1 between Florida and TB.

Artyukhin fought (dominated) former Tampa tough guy Nick Tarnasky. Nick kept trying to pull Arty down, but it's pretty hard to pull 254 pounds to the ground.

Arty was assessed a misconduct for waving off the Florida Panthers team after the fight, lol.
 
at the end of 2, it's 3-1 Tampa. Artyukhin has a goal and just kicked Boynton's ass this time ROFL.

Boynton skated in after the horn at the end of the period and swung at Arty's head with a bare fist. he promptly got driven into the ice :cool:
 
that's at least the 5th time this season we've allowed the tying goal with under 20 seconds left. what a miserable breakdown. i have very little hope for a win in overtime as we have only won twice this season in OT.

it all comes down to not scoring with wide open nets. we missed 2 tonight and add that to the dozens more this season it gets fucking annoying

shockingly, both Vinnie's (Lecavalier and Prospal) were held pointless. goal 1 was Steve Eminger, 2 was an Eminger shot tipped in by Recchi, 3 was Artyukhin and the shootout winner was Malone :nanner:

Hall and Jokinen also scored in the shootut

I just heard that the Habs called from minors Kyle Chipchura and Max Pacioretti. Laraque being injured (again) and Andrei Kostitsyn too...

Doesnt look good for Habs tomorrow at Pittsburgh. :(

I remember seeing Chipchura play for the Raiders in the WHL. He was their best player for years, hopefully he'll do good in the NHL.

Chicago beat Philly tonight, extend their streak to eight games. They're turning themselves into serious contenders this year.

i think you'll be ok in Pittsburgh. Tampa shut them out 2 games ago and they only scored 1 goal yesterday. they're in a sdoring funk right now so as long as you score a few goals you should win
 
That outside game on New Years days is cool, but its so dam hard to watch. Last year it was snowing and I couldnt see ****! I just saw some pictures on yahoo and I do not understand how people who are going there are expecting to even see anything? Look at how far back the rink is...

at the end of 1, it's 2-0 TB. we are DOMINATING in every sense of that word. however, that could change as this appears to be a game full of phantom calls by blind refs...
