This video is sick and twisted, but very sad at the same time. Don't watch if you can't handle something horrible.

She lost her eyes and both her hands to a chimp that was an animal. Wild animals are still wild. This is old, but she was just recently on oprah.

The faceless lady did not have the chimp living with her. It was her friend who had the chimp living with her.

As to why she had the chimp living with her, well she's a fucking lunatic from what I can gather. Probably because she and her late husband never had kids.

the Owner's Name is Sandra Herold, she had Travis the Chimpanzee on Xanax and treated Travis like a human friend instead of like an animal, living in her house and treating him like a human.
I recall her saying something along the lines of there relationship being closer than most married people.

i guess i dont know the laws on pet ownership very well, but i would have thought having a 200 pound chimp as a pet would break several laws? sounds like that owner had no real concept of the danger the chimp posed to others and itself.

just a sad sad story all the way around. i know personally i'm rather vain, conceited and shallow when it comes to looks. i seriously dont think i'd have the chutzpah to keep such a positive and hopeful outlook that she's demonstrating. what a remarkable woman. i wish her much luck

I complained about life earlier today until I remember this woman knowing a woman who is having a relationship with a chimp and she got her face torn off. It made me feel better because of the comical relief.

Yes she did know all of that. That still is no excuse to have a drugged up chimp on Xanax as a pet. If my dogs bite someone that comes over i am still responsible because they are my pets.
