Jeez, I'm a little surprised you had to wait 7 months to get your answer (hopefully, you found out somewhere else), but she's Tammi (or Tammie, or Tammy) Lee. The video is great, but her other stuff...well, she's sexy in a slutty Brit kind of way, but that video's the best work of hers I've ever seen.
