Not that it would matter. You know, there's a little thing called the internet. Once you do something.. thats it.

I don't even want to run out of Clara Leroy j-porn, and I really don't think I will.

Tell that to the girls this rule is supposed to protect. Apparently there were so many of them that didn't realize how widespread the distribution of porn can be and these regulatory bodies felt compelled to step in. Shouldn't be the consumer's fault that the girls can't read.

Although to be fair, it's not a Japanese thing. Plenty of young non-Japanese girls are finding out the hard way of the implication of sexting, for example.

One aspect to consider with the rule is that if it catches on with the international community, legit porn sites (like the sponsors of freeones!) would have to take down any films that weren't grandfathered in. I would have to assume that would be a HUGE detriment to them.

Conspiracy...
 Once you sign up and make the video just forget about it.

Would this happen in Hollywood?

Rescinding distribution rights isn't uncommon in various industries, even in the US. It happens surprisingly often in video games (which is basically inter-meshed with hollywood at this point), for example Activision just last week pulled all their Transformers games from PSN & Steam, presumably due to licensing issues. Same thing happened with the Deadpool game, although it came back when the movie became a hit.

This would be a perfect example of how this whole process could happen.

You're missing the point. It's as simple as: girl make movie. Movie go on internet. Internet never let go anything. Ever. One has to be realistic about that. Regardless if studio X has to take down their content in 5 years, it's already been distributed, shared, copied, saved, and passed around. I just don't see that working. It's not all going to catch fire suddenly and just disappear.

What is more likely is that people will continue to get over the so-called stigma of porn. It's becoming more and more mainstream as it is.

This brings up my question: How exactly would this be enforced?
