need some computer help...

well the problem is that theres this site that just wont get deleted from the address bar. ive tried delleting it from the history but it wont delete. ive tried internet options and clearing the history but when i type www.t... it drops down and says the address. can anyone help me with this problem? its just that my lil brother uses the same computer and the website...lol umm lets say its not for little kids. oh and another thing when i go to that adress it lets me delete the history file but when i close the window down and open a new one its still there. i ran adware and all that anti spyware stuff but they found nothing... any help? thanks

im doing the disk clean up thing right now.. but the weird thing is ive been on that site on my other computer and ive managed to delete the history fine. ive never actually had this problem before. and agggelos i dont think he kno's anything about it.. thank god all the websites he goes to doesnt start with a "t" lol. and i dont think its a home page hijack coz ive had those before and this isnt it. all this does is wont get out of my history. it doesnt redirect me or does anything to me to make it go to the website. it just simply wont dissapear. if u wanna kno the site ill gladly tell u i mean its a well known site... at least i think so lol.

ok so far ive tried disk clean up and that didnt work, i tried using this program my friend told me about called ccleaner and that wiped everything that i didnt need including history and all that and that still didnt work, ive scaned with ad aware, norton antivirus and spybot and that doesnt work. the only thing left for me to do is to try running all the scans in safe mode but thing is im on a laptop and i dunno how to get to safe mode..lol i kno im stupid but when i turn it on it just jumps straight to windows loading page...any other suggestions? i cant really do a system restore coz im not sure how and formatting is..well umm i like the way my comp is right now.. i guess im not the smartest person on a comp but maybe if someone knos how to just delete the website from my history or even how to reinstall internet explorer if possible... im open to suggestions. thanks heaps to everyone helpin me out

for System restore, goto Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

as for the "safe mode" press F8 while booting...

it was www.teenkelly.com/1/2.or something like that but im positive it was one of the preview webpage of the teenkelly website. but its gone now for some reason. i tried all last nite and it didnt work but now its gone.. wow im soo happy. i guess that ccleaner cleared it off but it just required restarting. anyways thank you guys so much its gone. anyways that ccleaner is really good. cleans out ur history just like that. good program for all u guys out there with little brothers lol. thanks again. oh and im using IE

i just figured out what you were asking about. no it isn't a virus or malware or anything bad...just an auto-complete browsing feauture. if u type that url enough times into your address bar it will start doing it automatically when you type the first letter. it does this to save you time.

to clean it off go to settings-->browser options-->remove recently typed urls from address bar

install mozilla firefox somewhere on your computer and now, when you want to browse some porn, just use firefox !
let your bro using ms IE and carefully hide firefox shortcut

depends what browser u are using.

if its internet explorer u can go to internet options- advanced- under browsing, unclick 'inline auto-complete' feauture or maybe unclick 'show friendly urls'

Hero2 is exactly right. Tools>Options>Content> then click on the autocomplete button and turn the webaddresses off.
