Yep, this pic was taken in front of the Westwood Villa Apartments on Sepulveda in West L.A. I know that doesn't help with the ID but it's better than a typical bump.

After some photoshop magic i don't think that the sticker, or logo is going to help much as it looks to be a generic devil woman holding guns similar to

If you look carefully you can even see the frills of the beer bottle lid on main image.

I am fairly sure the last word on that stick is "Warez" so it might be that you picked it up on a download site?

I'll keep going though, she's as fit as a butchers dog.
