Ok that is Teagan Presley in the middle in the pink Hello Kitty shirt and that is Taylor Vixen in the blue top/grey sweater as well as Vanessa Blue I think on the left. Shit your girl looks so familiar as well... She looks a bit like Jamie Lynn but I don't know.

In the Additional Options box, click the Manage Attachments button. Next, when the window opens, click the Browse to find the pic on your PC and then click the Upload button.
