Either use an imagehost (preferably imagevenue or imagebam). Upload your pictures there and post up to five links in an ID thread.
Or you click on the "Manage Attachments" button on the bottom of the reply window here on the board. You can directly upload one non-hardcore image per post; up to three images per thread.
