Don't know a last name, but I did a search on www.AskJolene.com just now using this > pixandvideo Bianca < as the search query information. I got back these two links... the top one is for photos, bottom is the video:

Her name is BIANCA... she may NOT have a last name. Already explained that...

BIANCA is her name... her last name is non-existent to my knowledge. Look closely at the information I gave to you in my first reply. It's all there in b&w, shodan.

* This is the information I used to SEARCH for her links... 'pixandvideo' being the originating web-site for the pictures you posted... and 'Bianca' being her name. None of the links shows her as even having a last name...

So unless someone else just so happens to know her last name... 'Bianca' is all I can give to you, shodan... it's better than nothing, right?
