It seems that it is Angie Griffin after all.
Someone did some extreme photo-shopping on her face (and some enhancement on her boobs, which she certainly doesn't need).
I am impressed by the talent of the "artist", but at the the same time, I'd like to slap his fucking head. The original pic is below.
