...I feel ya pain, but cheer up LS, Toronto actually has a decent team !!! As a Washingtonian, I'm forced to support the Wizards (0-5), and we're so bad that everytime we win a game they get hats and t-shirts printed up to celebrate like we just won the NBA championship :1orglaugh.... !

I'd take John Wall for anyone on the Raptors and their first round picks in the next 5 drafts (most of which will be lottery bound).

Raptors win.

Coincidence? I think not.

Wall definately has the potential to be very good if he can stay healthy, and develop a consistant jump shot, but he hasn't even played yet this year because of his knee stress fracture...not that it would probably make that much difference on the Wizards because they are 0-7 now, and they started 0-8 last year with Wall in the line-up.

But I think Toronto has some decent gaurd play with Lucus, Lowry, and Calderon. I think you guys should have held on to Bayless...I've been a fan of his since he got MVP of the Summer League a few years back...he's playing pretty well and putting up numbers for Memphis...nice to see Toronto pick up another win though, I think you guys have more talent than your record indicates.

Not a bad idea. Nonetheless, the NBA's "Stepien Rule," which disallows teams from trading 1st round picks in consecutive years, would prevent this from happening.

I know its just a theoretical, sorry to be a dick, lol.

Bynum further damges cartiledge in his knees by bowling...:wtf:

DC is the basketball mecca of the world, yet the Wizards can't win one damn game !?!...the Wizards are so bad, they even lose to themselves in practice...

Memphis is ballin' out !... I will enjoy watching to to see if they are for real this year, if so, the southwest division will be very interesting down the stretch.

Now that the gizmo known as the Princeton offense is over, its showing the players are playing their game now. The pick and roll is a style that the players do learn easier.
The big question for the rest of the season will be the bench, the starters will always get their points. The reserves need to do their job and put some points up when Kobe is on the bench during the second and fourth quarters. I like Jordan Hill off tne bench, hes found a role on this team that hes suited for, Darious Morris has improved this season, the bench is fine in terms of players, they just need to play well if this team is not to be a second round exit again.
Than theres defense, D'antoni has never been known to coach up defense, but it played well in the second half against the Nets, see how they play from this pount on. The thing he has this time that he never had in PHX or NY is a team thats more commited to playing defense, if the team plays up to its skill on D, esp Kobe, MWP and Dwight Howard, they should be okay over time. How things will actually go as games go by remains to be seen.

no basketball for local phx suns fans. thats year 2 without basketball.

im so fucking pissed, its not even funny.

Wizards ...Hopefully they can win tonight (tied with Portland at half-time) because their schedule isn't gettin any easier over the next few games..

Celtics...My team isn't doing half bad considering their roster...as long as they play Celtic defense they can beat anybody...
