Some people argue that faked pictures of celebrities are just silly. I mean, other than the novelty factor they are just pointless.

I agree and I have the same opinion about breasts.

Several times recently I have been disappointed by centerfolds and pornstars that I really liked getting implants when their bodies were incredible to begin with. Two women that spring to mind are Dayton Rains and Tiffany Lang.

Why has the industry changed in such a way that these women can only make money if they have a pair of double D's?

Is there really any debate to this? I can't imagine anyone saying he prefers fake to real. Perhaps this question would have been more topical if you'd asked, "small and real vs. big and fake," or "Do you care if they're real or not?" ..... because if everything else is equal, I can't imagine anyone picking fake over real.

Personally,I can say I like fake tits as much as natural ones,I´ve had a girlfriend with silicone implants,it´s just a different feeling,that´s all.

Depends on the girl. I prefer Briana Banks with those huge funbags, rather than the flat chested old Briana. However, i do agree that dayton has ruined her look with implants.

VZ had her chest done a few years ago. I think that she needed to, because she really had quite a bit of sag. Although, IMO, she went a bit too big.

Unfourtunately womens boobs are like mens nuts, they both sag with time. So, for a woman to keep that perky 18 year old looking boobs, implants are needed, or atleast a boob lift. Hmm, is there going to be a surgical procedure for those metrosexual men who dont want thier nuts to sag?
