Native Food

But seriously, if we forget about Döner and Schnitzel. They may not be natively German.

I'll take Kasseler with Sauerkraut and Knödel. :yummie:

You just mad, because ze Swedes suck when it comes to food! You and your smelly fish thingies.

How dare you?! Fish is delicious!

Yeah, but you Scandinavians have such smelly fish dishes where you let the fish in a barrel or something for months till it stinks like hell. :uohs:

Thinking of surströmming? Fish fermented in a can. Not "you scandinavians" only the swedes.

Germany has soooo many great dishes!

Kasseler with Sauerkraut
Currysausage

Even Döner Kebab is German

We Dschermins rule!

In Scotland we have Fish & Chips, which is more of a British dish than Scots one.But we like to call it our
own,by naming it a Fish Supper.

I don't have these all the time, but I always get a notion for one now and again :drool2:

Hmmmm...I think a truly yummy American dish is the new england clam chowder.
