Erm.. if you look at her arm in the first picture you can see that the skin tone in the entire upper arm is of a different color to that of the rest of her arm. This clearly showed that they photoshopped the image to remove the tattoo. Further proof is if you actually watch the video scene those photos are for, will see the tattoos on her arms.

Anyways it doesn't really matter now that her instagram and twitter were deleted because that's usually a sign she has retired :(
