Name that song

[Big Drake]

I was hoping someone here could help me id a song that's been stuck in my head for days.

Despite the fact that it's a fairly well known song, I'm having a lot of trouble identifying the song since I don't know the words. The main part of the song is driven by a keyboard rift I have imitated via humming here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIKwOOEpRuo

It's sung by a man. I think it was an 80's or early 90's song. At the end of the song, I'm pretty sure he says "woo hoo hoo."
