You could try straponcum... I've not seen much of it, but the few previews I've seen looked good.

Anyway, it's usually not the girl, but the strapon gear itself which causes the lousy performance, unless it truly fits. If the strapon doesn't fit nicely, it will make awkward movements which can ruin the scene.
