Yandex gave a number of results that it is from a movie called "Die Psycho-Klinik".

I looked at the DVD covers and there is a pic on the back cover that looks like her. I then looked up the title of IAFD and got the cast list, but none look like her. Maybe someone will recognize her from the IAFD pics below:
