Name link replacer fails on multiple names

I've noticed over time that the name link replacer often fails if you post multiple names and links, but not in a predictable way. The problem seems worse if you edit a post and add more names and links. For example, this list:

Premium Link Upgrade
Premium Link Upgrade

Cecilia Lion
Premium Link Upgrade

Jayla Starr
Premium Link Upgrade

Why is Ashley Aleigh replaced with a link but the other two aren't? I also posted the Jayla Starr link in another thread by itself and her name was replaced with a link there.

I noticed recently that a repeated name got linked both times in this recent post. I wonder if quotes has something to do with it?
