My own VS thread!

I'd like you to tell me who you think would win...

Morgoth = Silmarillion
the Dark One = the Wheel of time
Asmodeus = AD&D
Cthulhu = H.P. Lovecraft
Maleborgia = Spawn
Majin Buu = Dragonball Z
Galactus = Marvel Comics
Godzilla = Godzilla
Satan = South Park
ghost pirate, zombie pirate, undead-demon-zombie-ghost- pirate and stone giant LeChuck = The Monkey Island series

I have to say I've been able to bring it down to two contestants, but I cannot decide who would win in a fight between Satan (south park version), the source of evil and boy toy of Saddam Hussein OR LeChuck, the evil pirate whom you thwart every game, but constantly returns with an even viler plan (or in some cases, he just wants to be left alone, but the hero of the series just won't :D).

PS. All of these can be found on wikipedia, if you don't know who these guys are...

Assuming your considering Satan different than he is classically though of and not virtually the same thing as Asmodeus then Asmodeus would probably wipe the floor with all the rest combined. (At least as he was pre 4th addition D&D where it was often strongly hinted he might really be the entire multiverse's living embodiment and avatar of evil and not just some powerful devil.)
 
Sorry, I meant the villains, monsters, demons as they are in the world/universe I added. I'm well aware that Asmodeus & Satan (& Maleborgia) are part of the monotheistic (I'm not sure, but I doubt it's limited to Christianity) religions.

My vote goes to Melkor, who was later renamed Morgoth, the Black Enemy, by the Eldar.



Or I might just pick Chuck Norris and be done with it. :fight:

Well the one from South Park is mighty tempting, but I think I'm going to have to go with the one from Jerry Springer The Musical

Morgoth was beaten by a bunch of elves who probably wore tights (ok, so they had a little help from the Valar)...

Asmodeus... has he ever left the nine hells?

The DO, has been locked away since the beginning of times and has failed over & over again to break free...

Maleborgia... I know little about him...

Galactus... Gets beaten by a bunch of men (4) wearing spandex suits... who all happen to live together... (ok, so one of them is a woman... 3 men 1 woman? :eek:)

Cthulhu... See Maleborgia... All I know is that he's no longer around...

Majin Buu got beaten by a bunch of guys who had been electrocuted a few times too many and they had become radioactive as well...

Godzilla... probably a pet lizzard one of the dragonball guys took along to the place when they got irradiated...

Satan... Well, he hasn't been beaten too often, but he's being kept busy by Saddam most of the time so he's not really much of a threat...

And last but certainly not least

LeChuck... He's charming, he's the fear of the carribean, he's non-corporeal (most of the time), he has lots of allies (crew, allies, it's the same thing), and the only one who has ever beaten him is a mighty pirate who doesn't wear spandex or tights (so he's a wannabe pirate. I'm sure he'll get there)! So the obvious choice has to be LeChuck... ;)
