I would probably say hello and introduce myself it was someone who i thought would have any interest in meeting me, for example someone who´s site i have done some wallpapers/graphics for or if it´s someone who´s shown some genuine interest in my fanart (for example Terri Summers, Brittany Avalon, Ariel Rebel or Diddy). Most probably, I won't recognize her. They do what they do because there is very little chance of them being recognized. Even if someone recognizes a pornstar it is very likely that they won't be in a position to acknowledge it and approach her to express appreciation for her work.
