My Balls Hurt - Anyone Ever Have This?

I recently noticed after having sex that I've got a dull pain not actually in my balls but more in my groin, up behind my sack. Kinda feels like when you get kicked in the balls, but not nearly that bad. Anyone ever have this?

After doing a little research online it sounds like the tube that delivers the seminal fluid to the urethra, from the prostate, can get strained from time to time and will ache after ejaculation.

The only time it hurts is after an orgasm, and it usually goes a way after a few hours. I'm going to make a Dr. appt (you think I trust you fucks to diagnose this?;)) but just wanted to see if I was the only person in history to have my sack hurt after shooting a load.

Sometimes I get it a bit further up than you seem to be describing, but I know exactly what you mean. I usually find a sit on the shitter helps. Nothing beats dropping the brown kids off at the pool, for making you feel better.

Yea I've had it from time to time. I find that if I try to push my PC muscle and/or just try to relax all of my muscles down in that area it'll go away a lot faster.

Dude, you're asking men on a porn board whether they have pains in their nutsack? Do you expect serious answers?

But to give you a serious answer: There could be a ton of reasons.
It could be a harmless inflammation (bladder for example) or a serious inflammation (testicles for example). I had a bladder inflammation once and it was no big deal. My fiancée (if you ask yourself why I know all this medical stuff: blame her!) had a patient once, who had a serious inflammation of the testicles, which can hardly be cured by drugs, so one of his balls had to be surgically removed.
If you had a hernia operation (ruptured groin or something), the pain could stem from that (even years after surgery), because most surgeons even today use methods from the stoneage in these surgeries. In that case, you'll probably never get rid of the pain. It could also be an std as well as epilepsy or prostate cancer. Or it could simply be overly stressed.

As you can see, going to the doctor is probably the best advice. ;)

Ah yes young amn sit down in my surgery and we will diagnose your problem. Do you masturbate a lot otherwise? If you do then this may be useful.

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation (more than 3 times a week) stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively practices masturbation.

Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviours, when over practised or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.

The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse.

I'm sorry, but you have prostate cancer. :(

If you excessively push yourself towards ejaculation, and then back off a bunch of times and then finally finish, you may be experiencing a mild case of "blue balls"

it may be gas...sometimes eating food that causes gas to occur means gtting pain in lower back and balls area as you get older

My balls itch, has this happened to anyone?

Yes! That same thing happened to me last week! I didn't know if I should be concerned or not, but my guess is that I should've monitored the situation more closely. I'm glad to know I wasn't the only on with that problem. What did you do about it? I was told to rub the afflicted area with a hard-boiled egg. It worked just fine for me.

Ok...let me address a few of the above suggestions..

"A vein in your cock has burst"..this is just ridiculous. I'm not sure what to even say to that.

"Masturbating too much"...not lately really. Just a typical couple days a week at the most + sex.

"Pulled groin". Dude, I've pulled a groin before and believe me, this ain't it. You can hardly walk with a badly pulled groin.

"Prostate & testicular cancer" - Highly unlikely I would imagine, but probably a more realistic diagnosis that the previous suggestions.

Oh, and my balls itch too. Have since I was 7. That's probably not going away in my lifetime...or any of yours.

I'm still going to see the Dr., who will probably grab my balls, tell me to cough and then send me on my way (sounds like the chick I was with last night). I'm convinced 99% of the time, Doctors are just throwing darts, guessing at most conditions. Unless your heart has stopped or you're gushing blood from your head, it's unlikely they'll figure out what's wrong with you in a timely manner.
