That's because it is the Latin word for 'Black'. It's just that some people are touchy about it, Just in the same way that some people don't like being called 'Black' because they prefer African American. That's why it's difficult not to come across as 'Racist' because one person likes one word but then another person likes another word.

But anyways back to the topic in hand. As I stated in my earlier post this Mr Marcus is basically a moron who thinks with his penis instead of his brain. There is no place (and I certainly don't have anytime for people) that knowingly endanger other people's health, which is what this guy did. I really don't see how anyone can defend what he did, he didn't make one mistake he made loads of mistakes over and over again, and he is now trying to use some lame ass bullshit excuse to get himself of the hook.

The guy is arrogant and selfish and quite frankly he should be cast off by all major companies, so that hopefully he will have to retire from the business, unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen.
