Im not sure if this is the right area to post. But i'm having an issue with the VOD store. I bought a movie to own last night. And downloaded it through the "free download manager". When I renamed the movie and played it, I got a horrible coloured screen which went through the whole movie. I decided to download a second time, but using a web browser instead (which was google chrome) And the same thing happened again 
I don't want to download it anymore incase I use up my licenses. Can you help me please?
