If some of the motivators I posted offend you, then I'm sorry you are so sensitive. If you saw all the ones I posted you'd see that I made fun of black, asian, and white people.
I think people of all colors and backgrounds are naturally funny, and the fact that black people use the N word and expect white people not to just opens a whole lot of comedic ground for picking on black people who are less, let's say, educated, or those that have less opportunities. I have black friends who I know for a fact would laugh at these.
