I don't know- because you **** ****? This will sound strange, but there are things the federal government does and develops that you don't need to know about. Weird, but not necessarily everyone needs to know what goes on where they develop high-tech stealth planes.

it was a pun on Pres. Bush, I really couldn't give a **** what the government does with their military BS. I did my time in the Marines and now I dont care or want to know whats really going on. I just want to see all the boobies I can before I kick the bucket.
