I would have to say it's a tie between Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie. First of all Paris is rich and I do not why she would want to be bothered by "fans" and the paparazzi. Your a multi-millionaire.......stay home and enjoy being rich. Secondly why anyone gives a fuck about Nicole Ritchie is a mystery to me. She was adopted by Lionel Ritchie when she was around five. She grew up rich and has never done a fucking thing worth noting. Then she gets pregnant(IMHO is almost as bad as "finding religion" for loser celebs that are trying to get their lives together) and this is news. People get pregnant everyday and they are not interview by a major news program or a popular journalist.

Call me a softie, but I don't think Britney should be on that list. Her life's really spinning out of control and she isn't asking for the media attention. She was this perfect diva who said she wouldn't sleep with a guy before her wedding night, and hot and successful; and now she's had like how many wrecked marriages, got a bunch of kids she isn't fit to be a mother to, she's hooked on drugs and booze, losing her figure, can't sing or write songs -- you gotta feel a little sorry for her.
