I don’t think I saw that one but for some weird reason I get Stand By Me confused with The River’s Edge. I have no idea why.
Oh, haha, thought it was something about Vern from that movie Stand by Me - you should see that movie though written by Steven King lots big stars in it like River Pheonix and Keifer Sutherland and John Cusack and Corey Feldman etc.

The “Hey Vern!” guy is from Ernest Goes To Camp. Ernest was like Jason Vorhees without the Anger Management problem along with the Mama issues. Jason still lives but Ernest died 27 years ago give or take.
