It's a messed up experiment from the Animal disease center island 257 not far away. They test biological weapons on animals. Probably escaped but is incredibly decomposed.

If that thing lived in the water and was some sort of new water animal, wouldn't you think it would have adapted more fin-like appendages? This has got to be the second wave of a long, drawn out viral marketing scheme.

First one disappears and no one hears a peep from scientists. We'll wait and see with this one..
