MMORPG's anyone?

I played Guild Wars for a while but it got old after LVL 20 and waiting around to try and get actual skilled people to join you on quests gets old, the mercs suck, and Guilds only seem to be used in PVP. The game got old and felt like it was never going to go anywhere and at one point I wasn't even sure why I was fighting anymore because the story kept making weird turns.

I was going to get City of Villians, I've heard nothing but good things about it, but I've only two months left in the states and since its an online only game I passed and decided to go old school again with Diablo II.

World Of Warcraft

Level 60 Undead Rogue
Level 50 Undead Shadow Priest

I got exalted with Thunder Bluff on Sunday with my priest and got my Kodo mount :nanner:

playing a feral druid and a offensive warrior.

but this game starts to suck.

classes get nerfed oder pushed in no relation to each other.
you have to spend time like its your real life (8hours or more a day) to be really succesful.

dont even beginn with it, at one point you will regret it :(

I really didn't WoW. I played EQ for over a year, but a buddy of mine wanted to switch to WoW, so I did too. WoW was cool at first, cause it was different. It was more "arcady" then EQ. It was cool at first, but I missed the deep game play of EQ. Still to this day I miss playing EQ. But EVE Online is just awesome. It's totally different from those other games. One of the coolest things is that your can learn a skill, like in real time, and you don't have to be logged on to the game. Like, there's no grinding and grinding for ep's. Gotta grind for cash though. But it's cool, cause I don't feel guilty for not logging on a playing. And another thing, the game is on one server. So it kind adds to the flavor of this huge universe when you got around 20,000 people playing.
But yeah, it is different from WoW and EQ, as it's set in space.

I was playing SilkRoad Online. It's a fun game. Guild Wars is fun but max levels at 20 yet very long to get the there. WoW is very fun but I just didn't catch on with it. Maybe because it was on a private server. I downloaded Ares but I got sick from it after 3 minutes of gameplay. Runescape just sucks.

My favored MMO at the moment is the Chronicles of Spellborn

Go to the downloads section and movies and dl movie 2, its only about 20 megs or so. The enviroment is rich and stylish and the gameplay is supposedly fairly interactive. Hopefully I'll get to beta test it.

I'm back into Guild wars in a big way after 18 months away... I'm starting over :)

I play EVE Online

this guy know what he is talk about !!

right as there seem to be lots of the topic popping up due to lazy people not bothering to seach for the topic before creating one i will be quick

Two games play-em

EVE ONLINE (be warned it got a steep learning curve) and real time learning

Age of Conan ( I think will be the no 1 of this type of game very soon ) also no kids on conan

The END

Age of Conan has a lot of work to be done, I've played it for a month and pretty much quit (nothing to do at 80). Seems like sieging and stuff could be fun down the road. But it's too late, you only get 1 release date, and the competition is so stiff in this category.
