I might be able to help with this one. I'm almost positive that this is a picture that appeared in Playboy's print magazine years ago. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it was one of those "Great Playmate Hunt" things, where they show pictures of the individual girls that were considered for the January Playmate spot. It might have even been so long ago as to have been the Jan 2000 edition.

Turns out my memory is still working well. The girl appeared in a single photo under the name Barbara Adi in Playboy's December 1999 issue. At the time, they said she was 25 and living in San Francisco.
