Whether you like Lesnar or not, you have to give him credit...He didn't just go charging after Couture. Had he done that, Randy would have taken him out. But Brock learned from his mistake with Mir. Brock is cocky, he's raw and still has a lot to learn but he showed me something the other night. It wasn't a flush right that he caught Couture with, but he's just so damn big and powerful, that he doesn't need to hit you flush. And once he gets to the mount and drops his 285 lbs on top of someone and starts laying in those "Hammerfists from Hell" as Joe Rogan called them, I can't see anyone surviving. You've got to keep Lesnar on his feet, and try to get him deep into the fight to see just how much conditioning the big man has.

I saw that Friday before the fight....That workout is hell....He definitely is serious. I've never seen a workout that intense, that explosive, that works on everything. And it's not like he does one thing then gets a 5 or 10 minute break....To go through that kind of pain and *******, you have to be serious.

we had a few nice knees to one guys head (forgive me the names escape me this early) ending with a huge softball size KNOT on his head.
and unbelieveable 1-2 punch KO....
and an armbar resulting in a broken arm ...i think worse than the tim sylvia-frank mir one!

nobody watches MMA anymore? no posts in a long time.
i went to the Metallica concert last night so i ordered and dvr'd the UFC 94 ppv.i just watched it this morning without knowing what happened i didn't want to get spoilers.
i like this *** jon jones he looks to have a good future with some real great takedowns and throws.stephan bonner has really fallen (he was injured the past 15 months but since the TUF1 him and forrest have gone in completely different directions.
lyota machida....whoever does not take this guy seriously or thinks he's easily beatable is gravely mistaken.
GSP-PENN....GSP tore him up. i was surprised that it was so 1-sided but then again GSP is on the rise and only getting better. he looks really tough and very very focused.he's gonna be tough to beat.

I'm glad GSP won.He's my favorite fighter and I really believe that pound for pound he's the best at the moment.

BJ got beat up real bad. and his corner threw in the towel! it wasn't referee stopped or Dr. stopped as what they called it
his corner guy tapped the dr on the shoulder and gave the fingers across the throat sign like "that's it...done" and he said "he's done it's over".
don't even start with him. he fights past their prime has been UFC champs AND he fights in a bush league organization.
if his "crew" would stop asking Dana White to build some 3 million dollar sports arena in russia just to talk with him about joining UFC maybe we would see if fedor IS really the best in the world until HE steps up to the plate he is gonna fight a bunch of nobodies!

or recently beating two of the worlds premier heavyweight strikers in a stand up fight with in the first round? he has out-wrestled wrestlers, subbed ********** fighters and ko'd strikers, he is the complete fighter, the p4p worlds best because not only can he fight on his feet , in the clinch or on the mat but he is the best at all 3 aspects. he succeeds where others fail to be great, exaple, anderson silva is the greatest striker p4p in mma but very poor in wrestling and his bjj is suss i dont care how black his belt is. bj penn is a complete fighter like fedor but lacks the all important abilty to defeat a bigger man as was seen against gsp. and gsp can not be the greatest of all time (as he states he one day wants to achieve) unless he steps up to fight bigger men like anderson silva or other middle weights.
