The thing to remember is that Shady PI uses false names. Yes on the website her name is Missy Rose, but it is actually Micah Moore playing Missy Rose. For example Rhaina is Austin Taylor, Kay M is Chloe Conrad, Amie M is Aimee Addison, Belle is Bridgette B, etc, etc.

And yes Micah Moore has gotten a boob job and has gotten quite a few tattoos lately.
