As for GIF files? I've modified GIFs before as in resizing them.
I have never actually put one together.
But, I'm almost certain I can figure it out since I have already seen the concept of how they're put together.
Yeah, on Photoshop's Image Ready, I've already how the different GIFs have different amounts of animation Frames, depending on how smooth of an animation one wants.

Okay, I'll put it on my To Do List, Miss Hybrid. I'll see what I can conjure up for you. :thumbsup:
