with the limited amount of votes many girls are going to not be getting the votes they were the first time around so it's going to be a very different round I have a feeling, which is a good thing as it will show more concentrated results. When people get 10 votes they end up throwing 3 or 4 to someone as a throw away so to speak, but when they only have a few they choose more carefully and the field narrows.
That's quite a profound couple of statements. Isn't there a substantial risk that a greater group of disenfranchised voters and their free votes would make the contest more unstable, not more consolidated?
