Thank you very much, larss!! I really appreciate that! I do live a healthy lifestyle. Exercise daily, no smoking, barely no alcohol, no processed foods, sodas, blah, blah, blah. It honestly does make a difference! However, one can't resist french fries or a chocolate chip cookie every now and again!

As a women I feel I have to comment on this. I know that men mean this as a compliment when you say this to us women (as in not girls) but it comes across as a backhanded compliment. With me I get it simply because I have been in the biz so long. I am on a couple of live cam networks a lot and guys are always so shocked to see that it's really me when they access my cam. There are comments like ' Wow I can't believe it you still look hot!" " OMG u were one of the first porn girls I ever wanked it to and I would still do you". et cnad so on. It's the "STILL" that makes that kind of backhanded and I don't think you guys realize that at all. If you think a women is hot then just say she's hot. "Still hot" implies that she is old and should not be and that mindframe in itself is what is unhealthy about the way that we have al been programmed. It's honestly more of an American mentality than European but never the less it is still unhealthy for women and if you're going to add the word "still" in there it's best to just not say anything. Men don't get that.You guys don't have the pressures that women have in that department and ESPECIALLY a women that's career has been and still is based on youth and beauty. Just thought I put a little food for thought into some of those male brains so that perhaps ....maybe...in the future if you find yourself in this situation you refrain from including the word "still" and simply tell a women that she is hot. Trust me. She will like that a LOT more.
