Mind Games & Creative Orgasms

I love playing with creative visualization during sex, but using mind power during self-love is really hot too...
My favorite simple technique is to imagine a ball of light building at the base of my spine, and rising up to the top of my head, slowly & deliberately.
Increasing with intensity, and power, until I hit orgasm and send the energy flying out into the ether.
That's the short version... Variations on that include:
-imagining the ball of light at different colors as it moves through me
-imagining the ball of light is changing temperature
-holding the energy in particular body parts for heightened sensation
-incorporating intention and mantras for focus

What does this do for me?
Helps me to get super up close and personal with my body, desire, & raw sexual energy for one...
In turn sex with other people has a lot more feeling and intensity...
I have harder, stronger, gushing orgasms both alone and with others

It's best to practice this technique solo before trying it with your partner-- if you're not relative in experience, things can feel off...

Not sure this qualifies, I usually just focus on her breathing, her movements, that tends to lead me to greater orgasms then anything else. Probably more mundane than then what you were hoping for
