Please can anyone help ID this babe at all? I've tried all kinds of searches and blanked

The clip is 2:38 long, in which time she tries on 3 different bikinis. She has an American (or perhaps Canadian) accent, and the only identifying feature I can find is a moon phase tattoo on her left wrist.
