Message INBOX issue

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and how I could fix it. I can send messages from account. Yet I can't receive messages in my inbox. An e-mail from Freeones comes to my personal e-mail account notifying me I have a message and gives me the message, but when I come to Freeones my messages show no messages. Any help is very appreciated.

If you don't see any email from us please don't forget to check the spam/junk folder also.

Just checked this and my PM arrived in your inbox.

I´m not sure whats going on here, next time this happens, can you forward the email you get to anders@freeones.com and I´ll look in to it.
