I find the whole thing nonsensical. It's only one county and the industry can move. And if it's forced beyond California as a whole (doubt it'll get that far) then California just loses a bunch of tax revenue for the business. So really it'll just cause a crap storm no matter how it ends up. For the sake of sanity I hope it's defeated.

The thing is, this measure isn't about condoms and dental dams. If you read the language of the measure, it's going to require the actors to take the same precautions against body fluids as a hospital. So that means condoms and dentaldams ontop of lab jacket, goggles (though evidently they dropped that from the measure), gloves, hair nets, and so on.

Unless you have some sort of medical fetish....I'm not entirely sure you want that in your porn.

Condoms, dental dams, lab jacket, goggles, gloves, hair nets, a roll of that paper stuff to cover exam tables all carefully tucked under the couch.
