McDonald's less than a tank of gas away

That plaes in comparison to the farthest in Canada. As far as I know, there is no McDonalds in the North, except for in Yellowknife and Whitehorse. There is no McDonalds at all in Nunavut. Up there you are a good 8 hour drive at the least from any McDicks.

13,000 McDumps in the lower 48.

Sad.

I was in Rome this summer. All the "real" restaurants there are pretty expensive and I didn't want to waste money on food so I decided to eat at McDonalds. First day I thought I had an OK lunch. The second day the dishes at McDonalds seemed a lot less attractive, but still they were somewhat OK for me. On the third day, i almost felt sick after the lunch. Then I decided to buy myself a decent meal and forget that shit at McDonalds.

By the way, I call it McShit :D

A friend of mine and his girlfriend eat Mcdonalds 5-6 times a week. Fuckin disgusting. I enjoy a cheap, easy meal as much as the next guy, but 1 or 2 times a month is enough.

Ace Bandage

The one and only.
Now that places like Subway or other gourmet sandwich shops are also fast food, there's no reason for anyone to still be going to McDonald's. If you can get a reasonably healthy meal that also tastes better, why waste time eating grease at the Golden Arches?

The fact that there are 13,000 of them is a bit disconcerting. I guess I never stopped to realize how many of them there are just around where I live. There are at least 7 or 8 all within a ten mile radius of my house. Granted, a couple of those are on a college campus, but that's still way too many.
