Yes but mostly no. The lyric from an eminem song works here: "I'll take your ass on Jerry Springer and beat your ass legally." is perfect. Even if you signed a waiver, eeeeven if it's in private... it's still abuse. Assault. Slander. Rape? Possibly. Many of which are... by legal definition, and by evidence of many, many recordings from his label.. illegal. That's the argument, I think. Just because his *clients* have signed away their rights and know what's going to happen.. doesnt make it right... at least in the minds of the people/authorities. Unfortunately they were also adults who are allowed to make their own decisions. Part of being an adult is the fact your allowed to might make bad decisions that you might regret later, like getting into porn, and more importantly that's not what they’re charging him with. It's like saying you have no problem with somebody being charged with something that he shouldn't be as long as you think he was a bad person anyway. Surely you can see the lack of forethought in that and in the big picture how that can hurt society more when they use that as precedent to go after people that aren't scum, which eventually is what's going to happen.

I don't care about society in this case. All I care about is a piece of slime is getting some karma.
If a woman is emotionally weak enough, she will do almost anything.

And I have seen this type before. They prey on weak women. Women that are not capable at that moment and time of making a rational decision for numerous reasons.
They feed off that weakness for their own thrills and/or profit.

If he is guilty, then he will be convicted. If he is not, he has at least been inconvenienced. And others might be a little scared off to do what he apparently does.

When I was an addict, I saw people do incredible things to get high. And I saw people take advantage of those people. And those people would have signed almost anything to get high. For even an hour.
I learned then to never underestimate what a person will voluntarily do when they are down/weak/desperate enough.
And guys like him obviously know it and know how to exploit it.

Besides. Do we know exactly what the evidence and charges are against him? Until we do and they are proved unjustified, I will be fine knowing he is in hot water.
