MAY 31--If federal prosecutors get their way, Uncle Sam will one day own the web site pissedonpornstars.com. That's because Paul Little--described as a "Hollywood director and producer" in a Department of Justice press release--has been indicted on federal obscenity counts. The 50-year-old Little, who uses the handle "Max Hardcore," was named in a ten-count indictment charging him with transporting obscene matter via mail and computer. A copy of the indictment, which was filed in Tampa, Florida and unsealed yesterday, can be found below. As described in the DOJ release, Little (pictured right) is a "nationally-known director, producer, and star of films featuring acts such as anal penetration, urination, insertion of an entire hand into a vagina or anus, vomiting, and severe violence" towards female performers. The government seeks forfeiture of Little's web sites, maxhardcore.com, catalinaxx.com, and pissedonpornstars.com, and several films referred to in the indictment. (7 pages)

The difference here is that Max Hardcore do some really disgusting things with girls, he uses them like sexual tools, he makes them do things that they don't want to do, ... I'm pretty sure I heard something about rape too...

I'm not a fan of Max Hardcore. With that said I don't really like the fact he was charged with obscenity. If they found out he deceived the talent that was working with him or coerced some people to do things against their wishes, like some rumors suggest, and were going to charge him with that then it would be different. This isn't like some community standard issue with somebody is putting up a big billboard in the city for everybody to see that most people think is obscene. Things like that should never concern what doesn't directly happen in public where unwilling participants might see it. Pretty much everybody that watches it wants to watch it, and if all the people in it are willing participants than I can't see a reason to ban it other than people wanting to force their version of morality on others.

Welcome to medieval America. The only reason there going after Max, is because they couldn't get the other guy. This is far from a priority in this country, with all of the other problems it has, but the current administration obviously needs to satisfy the Christian far right that has filled so many of the political pockets, with so much of the campaign contributions it needs to get into power. I used to be a fan of Max's, back when he wasn't so extreme...but his current work isn't my cup of tea. I find it VERY disturbing that our rights as Americans are being threatened...and it's a dangerous thing when we have an administration that seems to think it can determine what is morally right for us.

Remember if that little weasel Gonzalez and company are able to take down Max they will then be coming to try and take away the kind of porn that you like. In their eyes it is all the same. I haven't watched any Max movies since the last millenium because I didn't like the direction they were going and that is what I reccommend anyone to do. If you don't like it, don't watch it. However we should all send messages to Gonzalez and thell him to fuck off.
