I searched that, couldn't find any other pics.
Chivette, "urban definition": A "Chivette" is a female "attention whore" who will pose nearly nude in several suggestive ways and post the pictures on theChive.
A "Loyal Chivette" is someone who is "loyal" (a fan?) to that type of woman.
There are several Instagram accounts with women using "Chivette" (or some variation) as their name, and there are more Instagram accounts (probably created by guys), doing the same thing, but dedicated to multiple women (Chivettes).
This woman, may be using "Chivette", or some variation as a name, but my guess - that pic came off a page dedicated to multiple women, not just one.
