Marvel vs. Capcom 3

I'm a die hard fighting game fan, been playing them since the original Street Fighter II: World Warrior in the arcades. I'm just not excited about Marvel vs. Capcom 3 anymore. I'm more excited about Mortal Kombat in April.

Between Super Street Fighter IV, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, and Tekken 6 occasionally, I'm only picking one of the two and it's Mortal Kombat. I may pick up MVC 3 down the road but it's not on my radar anymore.

yeah I hear ya, good points all around and I am curious to see how Street Fighter vs Tekken will turn out

Street Fighter X Tekken I think will turn out fine because Capcom has experience with fireball and non-fireball characters.

I want to know how Tekken X Street Fighter is going to turn out because Namco Bandai is doing that one.

I have a feeling Street Fighter X Tekken will be significantly better than Tekken X Street Fighter. Capcom having tons more of experience in making top notch fighters (Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, MvC, TvC, and more... I think.) while Namco Bandai has made Tekken, a couple of Dragon Ball Z, and Naruto games, which in my opinion... are sub par.

Also... I just got my copy of MvC3 today, and I think its amazing. Hoping they add tons of characters...

I feel the same way. Capcom has a lot of experience with having fireball characters and non-fireball characters fight each other and it will be like Super Street Fighter IV, 3D characters with 2D fighting mechanics.

Namco is gonna be doing a full 3D fighter and they're gonna be throwing in characters with Hadokens, Tiger Shots, and Psycho Crushers. They've never done that before. I don't want it to turn out like that Street Fighter EX series that Capcom licensed to Arika. I hated that series.

Not only that, the last time Capcom did a cross fighter game was with SNK. Capcom had the better game with Capcom vs SNK 1 and 2. While SNK failed when they put out SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos.

I have been playing the game for over a week now and It is pretty good. Well worth the 60 bucks in my opinion. Not as many characters as MvC 2, but I like the graphics and the way the spruced up the fighting system. Seems to flow a lot smoother to me. Sentinel is still a cheap bitch(Seriously, this fucker has the biggest life bar, does second most damage behind Hulk, can rush you down AND play keep away and zone the piss out of you if he wishes. He is also one of only two characters with armor frames on his moves. Yeah, I know he is slow, but shit that is his ONLY con besides being a big target. He can also fly....), but all in all a very solid game.

i rented it Last night and i've playing it since then, really awesome game, if i get the money i will buy it. X-23 is a babe!
