I did some of my own research yesterday when I posted the previous comments and couldn't find so much as a single instance of nudity in any of her films and movies. There is none. The most suggestive and revealing photo I found of her was a photo of a very sheer / almost see-through gown at one of the awards show... and even then you didn't see much.
I'm thinking it may be a hoax or a ********* look-a-like. I know of no currently running commercials that would openly advertise a *********'s sex tape... with the exceptions of (gag!) Pam & Tommy Lee and then Paris Hilton, of course.

I have a DVD with the commercial that you guys are talking about! It does look strikingly like her and if it's not she's totally got a twin. I had heard she had done porn early in her career, but nothing too explicit. However the commercial shows her going down on a guy and taking a shot in the mouth, if you catch my meaning. I haven't been able to find any proof it's her either, though. I'm trying to take screen caps, but my computer is acting up. As soon as I can, I will post a link.

Hmm, Interesting. She really is a true beauty, but without actually proof the whole notion sounds fake. There are a few pornstars that look like celebs, but then again, you never know.
this is very interesting. i don't believe it but its interesting. does actually advertise it as being her or you just think it looks like her. if they don't actually say its her i call bullshit. even if they did i would still call bullshit. i mean we are talking about an academy award winning actress here.
