That can be arranged next time I make it
In the mean time here is another tasty treat I like cooking:
Melt 30g Butter in Pan/Wok with 2 chopped Garlic cloves
When sizzling Add:
1/2 a small Onion
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Shaoxing Rice Wine
1 Tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
(Cook for 2 mins)
Add 100g peeled uncooked Prawns
(Cook in sauce for 2 mins)
Then add:
4 Mushrooms quartered
1/2 Red Pepper cut into squares
1/2 Carrot sliced into strips
100g Broccoli cut into small clusters
(Cook for a further 2 mins)
Add:
2 Tsps of Chinese 5 Spice
1 Tsp of Crushed Chillis
(Cook for another 2 mins)
Serve with Egg Noodles
