It looks like the pictures are original and have not been published anywhere else. Unfortunately they would not ship outside the US so there is no way for me to buy them. That would be a shame though if those pics were lost just like that. If someone here is interested in buying those calendars I would gladly contribute part of the cost through paypal in exchange for a HQ scan.
 
Yeah I wish I could find those calendars myself. That would be pure gold.
